Sanctuary Village is a traditional neighborhood design made up of more than 100 acres in Villa Hills, Kentucky. This approach to community development offers more than 20 acres of amenities that are dedicated to walking trails that meander through the community.

The centerpiece of the neighborhood will be the Town Center which will feature a community center and exercise facility. In addition, there are scenic walking trails, a lovely park with gazebo, a delightful lake, sparkling swimming pool with a grand view of the Ohio River, a Riverview Deck and adjoining pickle ball courts.

Are there any cottages or townhomes planned?

Yes. Attached cottages and townhomes will be offered, along with custom homes,  in Sanctuary Village. These homes through the HOA will offer expanded services for low maintenance living.


What architectural styles will be built in Sanctuary Village?
